Supplying Files

Specification for creating pdf files: Files must be created using the following Heanorgate distiller joboption. Pages must be centered with 3mm bleed and registration marks away from the bleed area.

 

Distiller Joboption: This file should be loaded into distiller before pdf creation.

Brisque V5 PPD: This file is Mac OSX PPD (Postscript Printer Description) which should be loaded in location – Mac OS – System – Library – Printers – PPDs – Contents – Resources – en.

Indesign CS2: This file has 2 parts, the first is a postscript print preset and the second is a transparency flattener. These files will set the print options up to our specification.

QuarkXpress V6.5: This file is a print preset which will set the print options up to our specification. When using this print preset you will need to retype the height and width dimensions under SETUP, so the centre becomes available in the page positioning field.
